• No Returns for Change of Mind: Due to the unique nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products ordered in the wrong size, color, or simply if you've changed your mind. We encourage you to double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.
   

• Damaged Goods or Manufacturing Errors: We stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or if there's a manufacturing error, rest assured, we've got your back! Please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we'll arrange for a free replacement or a refund. For us to assist you promptly, kindly provide a clear photo showing the issue.
   

• Refund Process: In the rare event of a manufacturing error or damaged product, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Should there be any currency considerations, we'll make sure the process is as smooth as possible.
   

• Unsuccessful Deliveries: Should there be any delivery issues, you can opt for a replacement (additional charge may apply) or a partial refund.
